I am delighted to offer to you as the Agent for the sale of the above mentioned parcel of land.

2. FINANCIAL CONSIDERATION
Price:
Three Hundred Million Naira (N300,000,000.00) Negotiable
*N15,000,000.00 (Fifteen Million Naira) (Per Plot) Negotiable
Professional Fees:
Agency - 5% of Sales Price; Legal-5% of Sale Price.


Upon your acceptance of this proposal, we shall immediately convene a meeting so as to make available the title documents that would enable you or your Solicitor conduct necessary search and due diligence to facilitate the conclusion of this transaction.
